*my phone rings*
Customer Service Rep: "A customer wants to talk to a manager at the bridge."
Me: "Ok"

2 minutes later...
Me: "HI! How can I help you?"
Customer: "YOU'RE the manager?"
Me: "...Yes." *points at nametag*
Customer: "Well then. I want to talk to YOUR manager!"
Me: "I am the only manager you can talk to."
